Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and include all original components, hardware, tags (if applicable), and documentation. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if the problem is due to our error or a defective product, we will work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
